Is the promise clear to the market?
Does the product provide concrete proof of this promise?
Is the price justified by lived experience?
Do customer reviews confirm the advertised difference?
Does distribution serve the strategy or does it compensate for a weakness?
Do the teams know how to embody and sell the proposition?
Can the owner link product, brand, revenue, and organizational decisions?
When these elements are separated, the hotel can function.
When they are connected, it can create more value.
